📜 1. Scope of Service
1Space (1space.in) provides digital goods including streaming subscription access, digital software licenses, and official PC game activation keys. All products are delivered purely in digital electronic format through messaging applications (WhatsApp/Telegram) or email.
👤 2. Customer Responsibilities & Permitted Use
- Personal Use Only: Subscriptions and accounts provided are intended solely for the buyer's private entertainment or personal productivity, unless a corporate license is explicitly arranged.
- Credential Integrity: On shared/family subscription slots, customers must strictly refrain from attempting to alter master email addresses, master passwords, billing settings, or profiles assigned to other users. Doing so immediately voids all warranty coverage.
- Prompt Activation: PC game keys and promotional redemption links should be activated within 24 hours of delivery.
🛡️ 3. Warranty & Replacements
Products are covered by a binding warranty matching the exact duration purchased (e.g. 1 Month, 3 Months, 1 Year). If service becomes inaccessible due to a qualifying technical defect during this period, 1Space will furnish a working replacement within 15–60 minutes of verification.

💸 4. Payments & Pricing
Prices listed on 1space.in are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) with real-time multi-currency conversions available for international buyers. 1Space reserves the right to modify catalog pricing at any time to reflect distributor cost adjustments; however, once an order is placed and confirmed, your agreed price remains locked.

All product names, logos, trademarks, and registered trademarks (including but not limited to YouTube, SonyLIV, ZEE5, Surfshark, Steam, Rockstar Games, Apple Music, and CapCut) are the property of their respective owners. Their mention on 1space.in is strictly for identification and descriptive compatibility purposes, and does not imply direct endorsement or affiliation.
🏛️ 6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
In no event shall 1Space be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any third-party software or service. The maximum aggregate liability of 1Space for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product in question.
These terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
